ECOFEIN™ Energy Conversion Systems
We specialise in medium and small capacity energy conversion systems. We categorise our customers’ requirements in two separate classes of products either under or over 20 tonnes per day of waste, and/or waste derived fuel processing capacity.
Up to 20 tonnes per day
These systems are generally used for specific waste processing and disposal problems such as medical waste, hazardous and semi-hazardous wastes, or for all wastes generated at remote locations such as at mining or military camps, or small villages. We have experience with these issues and can plan the equipment and project delivery accordingly including issues such as no road access.
Over 20 tonnes per day
These systems are generally configured into fully operational integrated steam cycle power plants generating heat and power 24 hours per day 7 days per week throughout the year.
The Ecofein™ Energy Conversion Systems may be a part of a larger operation involving multiple sorting and processing methods. This may include a front end material sorting and separation process where valuable materials are separated for material recycling and following the non-recyclables disposed of to the Ecofein™ System where the heat value of the residual waste is recovery in the system to produce useful heat and power.
